These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. All disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Nordic Greens Employment (hereinafter "the Company", "we", or "us") and any individual (hereinafter "the Client" or "you") who engages our employment placement and related services.

By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Nordic Greens Employment is an officially registered Danish company. Full legal details including company registration number and registered address are provided in every client service agreement.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides employment placement and related support services, including but not limited to: job search and employer matching, employment contract preparation, visa and work permit application assistance, document translation and legalization coordination, health insurance arrangement, pre-departure orientation, and post-arrival settlement support.

The specific services to be provided to each Client, together with the applicable service fee and all relevant terms, will be set out in an individual service agreement signed by both parties prior to the commencement of services.

The Company acts as an intermediary between Clients and prospective employers. We do not guarantee employment as an outcome of our services. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.

3. Service Fees and Payment

The Company charges a service fee for the professional services described in the individual service agreement. The fee structure, payment schedule, and all included services will be clearly set out in writing in the individual service agreement before any commitment is made by the Client.

All third-party costs associated with the placement process — including embassy fees, visa processing charges, document translation, legalization, and health insurance — are included in the service fee unless otherwise specified in the individual service agreement.

No payment is required before the Client has received, reviewed, and signed the individual service agreement. The Company does not accept payment through informal channels.

In the event of a visa or work permit refusal, the terms governing any refund or reapplication process will be as specified in the individual service agreement.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the placement process, including personal details, qualifications, work experience, and any other information requested by the Company or required for visa and permit applications.

The Client acknowledges that providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of services without refund and may have legal consequences under Danish and international law.

The Client is responsible for attending all scheduled appointments, responding to communications in a timely manner, and completing any required steps within the timeframes communicated by the Company.

5. Company Obligations

The Company will provide services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with applicable Danish and EU employment law.

The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all personal and professional information provided by the Client and will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Company will provide the Client with a complete, itemized breakdown of all services and fees in the individual service agreement before any commitment is made.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability to the Client in connection with the provision of services shall be limited to the amount of the service fee paid by the Client, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment opportunity, or costs arising from visa refusals by competent authorities.

The Company does not guarantee the outcome of visa or work permit applications, as these decisions are made by independent government authorities.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms set out in the individual service agreement. The conditions for termination, including any applicable notice periods and refund provisions, will be specified therein.

The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund in the event that the Client provides false information, engages in fraudulent conduct, or materially breaches these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

Any dispute arising between the Company and the Client shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Consumers who are residents of EU member states may also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated to existing Clients by email where contact details are held.
